During the first year of the term of the contract, Contractor may not charge more than the total ceiling price.

The ceiling price is for the Stores’ inventory only but other departments on campus, UW System campuses, State of Wisconsin Agencies and Wisconsin Municipalities can request quotes from the Contractor using the labor rate.
