SCOPE: The University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Carbone Cancer Center is requesting bids for a Spatial Molecular Expression Analyzer and related consumables and reagents. The analyzer will be used to perform the high-parameter molecular (RNA, DNA, protein, or micro-RNA) expression analysis that maintains spatial information about where in the tissue molecules were collected. This technology is quickly becoming the norm for biomedical researchers investigating, for example: immune infiltration into solid tumors, changes to tumor microenvironmental factors, therapeutically induced changes in other biological tissues, biomarker identification, precision immunotherapy, cancer biology, virology, microbiology, developmental biology, and many others. |
